This song always reminded me of a cat burglar, hence the title. The A Part was written during the Dark Ages (2008-2016). In fact, it is the melody of the bath song I made up for my girls. “I’m gonna take me a bath, gettin’ clean and purty, scrub scrub scrub ‘til I’m not dirty.”
The B Part was written during high school (1999-2003). And the C Part was written during my Senior Associate Era (2023-2026) where I was trying to compose something using the melodic minor scale and wound up creating something very Bach-ish.
